Domestic Violence Offender Treatment

Domestic Violence Offender Treatment

In the event a person is sentenced to Domestic Violence treatment, the State requires a year's participation in a State approved treatment program. The program requires weekly attendance for six months and then monthly attendance for another six months.

The State mandated treatment program includes a set of requirements, which must be met prior to receiving a certificate of completion.
