During a forensic evaluation, I conduct a fact finding evaluation that uncovers the details of a case. Along with my grasp of the legal system and the basic principles of civil and criminal law, I use proven interviewing techniques to elicit useful responses.

Domestic Violence Evaluations

DV Evaluations offer a forensic determination of whether a home environment is violent or not.

Lethality Assessments

A lethality assessment considers the factors that make a domestically violent relationship more or less likely to lead to murder.

No Contact Order Assessments

Following a booking and arraignment for assaulting a family member, a NCO assessment is one step toward have the order rescinded or modified.
